Please Read Entire Puppy Policy Before Continuing:

All of our dogs and puppies are raised in our home with our family, under foot. We only sell our puppies to families and individuals that can provide the same. We socialize our pups with children, horses and other dogs of all sizes.

We require a application to be filled out on our contact us page before a deposit will be accepted. All of our puppies are sold as PETS ONLY, unless specified or previously discussed. We will never sell to pet stores, wholesale brokers or research facilities. No exceptions. We always reserve the right to refuse the sale of a pup (or dog) for any reason if we do not feel it is in the best interests of the dog. 

Please make sure you research the breed before contacting us. Be sure that this is the breed for you and that we are the breeder you want to work with. Once your deposit is placed, it is non-refundable, even if you change your mind or choose another puppy from a different breeder. This deposit is your promise to us and the puppy that you will follow through on your purchase. 

Prices range from $1800.00 up to $2500.00  and are based on conformation and pedigree. Most pups will be $2500.00. We will have ones on occasion that will be more.  A 50% deposit is required to HOLD your place in line to pick, unless puppies are 5 weeks and older. IF puppies are 5 weeks or older, then the full payment is due. Prices are subject to change at any time for any reason, unless a deposit has already been placed. We will not hold a puppy without a deposit. A deposit may be carried over to the next litter. FINAL PAYMENT is DUE when pup is officially CHOSEN, no matter what age. If we don't receive the final payment within 48 hours, we will send out a reminder. If we still don't hear from you, or receive the payment then you will loose the puppy and forfeit your deposit. This is non-negotiable. Puppy Are due to be picked up on the date we assign at 8 weeks of age, during your pre-arranged 30 minute time slot. IF this does not happen, then we will charge you $50.00 per day up to 10 days after assigned pick up date to hold on to the puppy. If you fail to pick up or pay the boarding fee within 10 days of 8 weeks, then we will place the puppy back up Available and you will forfeit your puppy and any monies paid. We will, case by case basis, with pre-agreed to and arraigned terms possibly hold the puppy longer, but this most be discussed in advance and agreed too.  We have had too many individuals that aren't playing by the rules that I have created for my business to run efficiently and fairly. I also have a family and life outside of my wonderful dogs and puppies. I can not do the things that are required for my kids, husband, mother in-law and animals when people do not adhere to these terms and policies. Thank you for understanding.

We offer safe shipping of puppies on a limited basis. The additional cost ranges from $400 to $500 as long as they are flown domestically (USA). We also have a pet Nanny that can transport for you but that costs is variable.
